Description: Created by David Armsby. facebook.com/davidarmsbyartist This is the second part of a two-part making-of series for my animated short film, "Don't Feed the Freaks". This video focusses on the Freaks and their design. The Freaks have a long history in the Autodale series and therefore a long story to tell about their design process and meaning to the themes and story of these animations. I did a lot of research and a lot of drawings while designing them and I really believed that this deserved to be a separate video. In the end, it sort of became a tutorial of sorts; what I've learned to do and not to do while designing monsters. This was just a story and a journey I wanted to share.
